The Irish Revenue Commissioners April 24 issued Revenue eBrief No. 088/25, announcing an extension, to Nov. 19 from Oct. 31, for specific self-assessment income taxpayers and capital acquisitions tax (CAT) taxpayers who use Revenue Online Service (ROS). The extension applies to: 1) taxpayers who both file 2024 Form 11 and make the tax payment through ROS for 2024 income tax and 2025 preliminary remittances; and 2) beneficiaries who received gifts or inheritances with valuation dates in the year ending Aug. 31, and who both file a CAT return and make the tax payment through ROS.
