The Irish Revenue Commissioners Jan. 18 announced that the: 1) DTA and protocol with Kosovo, signed June 25, 2021, entered into force Feb. 24, 2022, and took effect Jan. 1, 2023; 2) protocol to the 2008 DTA with the Isle of Man, signed Nov. 18, 2021, entered into force Dec. 19, 2022, and took effect Jan. 1, 2023; and 3) protocol to the 2009 DTA with Guernsey, signed Dec. 8, 2021, entered into force Dec. 19, 2022, and took effect Jan. 1, 2023.
