Ireland Tax Agency Issues Guidance on Deduction Against Rental Income for Specified Retrofitting Expenses

The Irish Revenue Commissioners May 20 issued Revenue eBrief No. 137/24, and guidance on the deduction against rental income for specified retrofitting expenses, applicable to landlords that have received a home energy grant from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for the retrofitting works.
