Ireland Tax Office Wants Tax Debt Payment Plans From Businesses

Ireland’s tax office called on businesses to provide payment plans to the government by May 1 to continue to use an incentive to defer tax debts.

Businesses must continue to file current tax returns, pay current liabilities, and engage with the tax office about their warehoused debt under the Tax Debt Warehousing incentive before the beginning of May, Irish Finance Minister Michael McGrath said in a press release Wednesday.
