Isle of Man Tax Agency Clarifies FATCA Reporting Requirements for 2022 Reporting Period

The Isle of Man Income Tax Division March 8 issued a notice clarifying financial institution reporting requirements under the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) for the transitional 2022 period, due for reporting June 2023.
