The Isle of Man Treasury Sept. 26 announced the Oct. 6 deadline for filing individual income tax returns, for the year ended April. 5. The announcement also states that: 1) late returns are subject to penalties of 100 British pounds (US$134) if filed after Oct. 6, 2025, and 200 pounds (US$268) if filed after April 6, 2026; and 2) taxpayers may be subject to prosecution for failing to file individual income tax returns.
