Israel Parliament Considers Bill to Combat VAT Fraud in Personnel, Construction Services

The Israeli Parliament (Knesset) Jan. 29 accepted for consideration Bill No. P/4242/25, to combat VAT fraud in personnel and construction services. The bill includes a measure to impose VAT on the recipient of the construction services and the taxpayer providing personnel services, including for cleaning, guarding, and security.
