Italy MOF Issues Decree Updating Reporting Rules for Financial Institutions, Crypto-Assets Under DAC9, OECD Standards

The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance Dec. 30, 2025, issued a decree implementing amendments to the information reporting obligations under Directive 2025/872/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (DAC9) and related EU and OECD standards.
