The Italian Revenue Agency Jan. 23 issued a resolution clarifying the filing procedure and payment of income tax or social security contributions owed following a tax audit settlement. The clarification includes: 1) instructions for using form F24; and 2) the requirement that taxpayers must submit an amended return and pay taxes due by May 31. [Italy, Revenue Agency, 01/23/19]
