The Jamaican Tax Administration Feb. 19 announced the new filing deadline for annual corporate income tax returns. The announcement includes: 1) the new April 15 filing deadline for year of assessment (YA) 2025 corporate income tax returns; 2) that the March 15 filing deadline for individuals, partners, and partnerships filing specified returns, and the March 15, June 15, Sept. 15, and Dec. 15 quarterly payment deadlines for estimated individual income or corporate income tax, remain unchanged; and 3) that all 2025 annual income tax returns and estimated payment declarations for 2026 must be filed electronically.
