The Jamaican Tax Administration April 3 announced the April 1 property tax payment deadline for fiscal year 2023-24. The announcement clarifies that: 1) taxpayers have until April 30 to pay without penalties; 2) tax amounts remain unchanged; 3) multiple electronic payment options are available, such as through the Tax Agency’s online portal and Android mobile app, and through specified banks; and 4) taxpayers can pay in full, semi-annual, or quarterly installments.
