Jersey Gazettes Order Increasing Hourly Minimum Wage Rate, In-Kind Benefit Rates

The Jersey Official Gazette Feb. 13 published Order No. 12/2026, increasing to 13.59 Jersey pounds (US$18.48), from 13 pounds (US$17.68), the hourly minimum wage rate. The order also includes measures increasing the maximum monetary amount attributable to an employer for in-kind benefits provided to non-trainee employees to: 1) 203.35 pounds (US$275.38) per week from 194.60 pounds (US$263.53), or 29.05 pounds (US$39.34) per day from 27.80 pounds (US$37.64), if the employer provides food and living accommodations; and 2) 152.60 pounds (US$206.64) per week from 146.02 pounds (US$197.73), or 21.80 pounds (US$29.52) per day from 20.86 pounds (US$28.25), if the employer only ...
