The Jordanian Income and Sales Tax Department July 17 clarified the taxpayer requirements for issuing sales tax invoices for 2019. The clarification includes: 1) the requirement for service providers, professionals, and craftsmen with annual revenue over 30,000 dinars (US$42,313) to issue an invoice; 2) the requirement for sellers of goods with annual revenue over 75,000 dinars (US$105,783) to issue an invoice; and 3) a list of entities not required to issue an invoice.
