The Kazakhstani Government Dec. 31, 2025, announced, in English, the minimum calculation index and other rates for 2026. The announcement includes the: 1) 4,325 Kazakhstani tenge (US$8.47) monthly calculation index (MCI), for calculating benefits and other social payments, penalties, taxes, and other charges; 2) 85,000 tenge (US$166) minimum salary (MS); 3) 35,596 tenge (US$70) state basic pension payment rate; 4) 69,049 tenge (US$135) minimum pension rate; and 5) 50,851 tenge (US$99) minimum subsistence level, for calculating basic social payment rates.
