KPMG UK is set to combine its consulting and deal advisory arms and shake up its executive committee, it announced today.
The two units will be merged into a single advisory arm starting Jan.1 2024. Chief People Officer Lisa Fernihough will lead the new service, with the heads of the two existing units leaving the firm’s UK executive committee.
- Fernihough joined the firm in 1988 and qualified as an accountant in the US. She later led the consulting function for the financial services practice.
