The Liechtenstein Official Gazette Dec. 22 published the text of the social security coordination agreement with Iceland, Norway, and the U.K. The agreement includes measures: 1) defining key terms; 2) applying provisions to all persons residing in the contracting parties, regardless of nationality, including for cross-border commuters; 3) outlining the geographical scope of the agreement and specifying that the agreement applies to the U.K., but not to Gibraltar, Crown Dependencies, and Overseas Territories (CDOT); and 4) detailing the material scope of the agreement.
