Lithuania Gazettes Law Amending Tax Rate on Immovable Property

The Lithuanian Official Gazette Dec. 15 published Law No. XIV-725, amending the real estate tax law. The law includes measures: 1) setting the tax rate between 0.5 percent and 3 percent on the tax value of immovable property; and 2) amending a list of exemptions.
