Logan Paul‘s manager, a former assistant, and a contributor of his failed cryptocurrency venture defeated customers’ proposed class claims that they were lured into a fraudulent investment scheme.

Judge Alan D. Albright adopted a magistrate judge’s recommendations dismissing manager Jeffrey Levin, assistant Danielle Strobel, and associate Ophir Bentov.

The US District Court for the Western District of Texas judge also ratified Magistrate Judge Ronald C.
