Luxembourg has begun restoring access to its ultimate beneficial owner registry to qualified professionals, members of the media, and others who can demonstrate “a legitimate interest,” the Ministry of Justice announced.
Access to already registered professionals has been restored, while access for the media and other qualified professionals will be restored “in the coming days,” the ministry said in a Dec. 6 release.
