The Luxembourgish Ministry of Social Security Dec. 29, 2025, announced the monthly minimum and maximum social security contribution basis amounts and rates for 2026, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The announcement includes: 1) the standard monthly minimum contribution basis of 2,703 euros (US$3,166), unchanged from 2025; 2) the standard monthly maximum contribution basis of 13,518 euros (US$15,834), unchanged from 2025; and 3) the contribution rates for health care, pension, accident insurance, and mutual insurance benefits.
