Maison Solutions Inc. and architects of its initial public offering agreed to settle allegations the specialty supermarket operator hid from investors a lawsuit involving immigrant visa fraud accusations against its CEO and related-party transactions.
The agreement in principle aims to end the investors’ proposed class action and another suit in New York Supreme Court, New York County, Maison and the investors told Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett. They’ll seek preliminary approval in the US District Court for the Central District of California by April 6, according to their Feb. 13 notice.
