Malaysia Tax Agency Issues Public Ruling on Computation of Income Tax, Rebates, Credits, Waiver

The Malaysian Inland Revenue Board Sept. 13 issued a public ruling on individual income tax for Malaysian residents. The ruling explains: 1) income tax computation; 2) tax rebates; 3) two-party tax credits; and 4) waiver of spouse’s tax under joint assessment. [Malaysia, Inland Revenue Board, 09/13/18]
