Mexico Gazettes Agreement Setting Special Tax Incentives for Gasoline Sale, Production in Guatemala Border Region

The Mexican Official Gazette Feb. 20 published Agreement No. 26/2026, setting tax incentives for companies engaging in the production and sale of gasoline products in the border region with Guatemala. The incentives reduce tax rates and establish maximum prices for gasoline. The rates are valid from Feb. 21 to Feb. 27. The agreement enters into force Feb. 21. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 02/20/26]
