Mexico Gazettes Agreements Setting Tax Incentives for Gasoline Sale, Production in U.S., Guatemala Border Regions

The Mexican Official Gazette May 15 published Agreement Nos. 73/2026 and 74/2026, setting tax incentives for companies engaging in the production and sale of gasoline products: 1) within an area up to 45 kilometers from the U.S. border; and 2) in the border region with Guatemala. The rates are valid from May 16 to May 22. The agreements enter into force May 16. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 05/15/26]
