The Mexican Official Gazette Oct. 25 published a list of corporate and individual taxpayers that issued VAT receipts without having the assets, personnel, infrastructure, or material capacity to provide the goods or services supporting those receipts. [Mexico, Official Gazette, 10/25/19]
