Mexico plans to issue regulations next year launching its official participation in an international program that allows multinationals to get more certainty about their tax liabilities.
More than 20 countries, including the US, participate in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s International Compliance Assurance Program, under which companies discuss their tax positions with governments.
