Moldova Gazettes Decree, Law Implementing MCAA-CRS

The Moldovan Official Gazette April 13 published Decree No. 888/2023, and Law No. 69/2023, implementing the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS), signed Oct. 29, 2014. The decree and law enter into force and take effect the same date. [Moldova, Official Gazette, 04/13/23]
