Moldova Tax Agency Posts FAQ on VAT for Goods Delivered Outside FEZ

The Moldovan State Tax Service Dec. 18 posted an FAQ explaining that a free economic zone (FEZ) resident who receives goods outside of the FEZ is liable for VAT on the goods because VAT is charged at delivery and determined by the place of delivery. [Moldova, State Tax Service, 12/18/18]
