The Moldovan State Tax Service May 18 posted the May 2026 tax calendar, with the deadline for legal entities and individuals engaged in independent business activity to file and pay various tax returns. The tax calendar includes the May 25 deadline to file and pay: 1) April 2026 withholding taxes, VAT, mandatory health insurance premiums, mandatory state social insurance contributions, the single tax for activities carried out by residents of information technology (IT) parks, natural resource taxes, and environmental tax; and 2) Q1 2026 single tax returns for independent traders who received payment notices.
