MTN Nigeria to Appeal Tax Tribunal Decision on VAT Assessment

MTN Nigeria has decided to appeal the decision of Nigeria’s Tax Authority Tribunal to uphold a principal value-added tax liability of $47.8 million for the periods covering 2007 and 2010-2017, MTN group says in a regulatory filing.
