The Norwegian Tax Administration April 2 posted Tax Appeals Board Decision No. SKNS1-2024-119, clarifying the application of output VAT on the base value of points upon the sale of such points. The taxpayer, a loyalty platform company, allowed members to earn points by purchasing goods and services from various issuing partners under the loyalty platform.
