OECD Leadership Race Narrows With Danish Candidate Dropping Out

Candidates from Greece, Switzerland, Sweden and Australia are through to the next round in the race to lead the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, with Denmark’s Ulrik Knudsen dropping out.

The process of finding a new chief for the Paris-based body, which makes proposals to governments on international policy, is scheduled to end in March.

BlackRock Inc.’s Philipp Hildebrand, the Swiss candidate, tweeted that he has advanced, and was congratulated by the Swiss government.
