OECD Removes Three Countries From Its Harmful Tax Practices List

The OECD has taken three countries off its harmful tax practices list after they amended their incentive regimes, according to an update posted Wednesday.

San Marino axed its intellectual property regime and parts of its “new companies” regime that were determined to be harmful by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Aruba’s regime to promote investment was taken off the OECD list after the country canceled portions of its incentives, according to an OECD update.
