OECD Says It’s ‘Near Full Consensus’ on Global Tax Treaty

The OECD reported that countries are now nearing agreement on a multilateral treaty to implement its digital taxation plan.

Negotiators are also “working to resolve” the remaining obstacles to agreement on a related transfer pricing measure to simplify the way companies value marketing and distribution transactions, the OECD said Thursday in a report to the Group of 20 finance ministers, who met this week.
