The OECD plans to consider in the coming year tax issues related to remote work, an organization official said Monday.
The pandemic saw many more workers logging on remotely, raising cross-border tax questions including on issues related to taxable presence.
- The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and working parties are planning to look at tax issues related to mobile work—such as treaties and transfer pricing rules, said Grace Perez-Navarro, deputy director at the OECD Center for Tax Policy and Administration.
