Oklahoma Amends SIDE Income Tax Credit for Qualified Project Expenditures

The Oklahoma Governor signed a law amending the Strategic Industrial Development Enhancement (SIDE) income tax credit by expanding eligible participants. The law defines “strategic finance partners” and requires the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to revise its administrative forms to include these partners in the project approval process.
