Pakistan Tax Agency Announces Digital Presence Proceeds Tax Exemption for Nonresident Supplies

The Pakistani Federal Board of Revenue July 30 issued Notification S.R.O. No. 1366(I)/2025, announcing that the digital presence proceeds tax won’t apply to digitally ordered goods and services supplied from outside the country that are subject to the tax.
