Paraguay Tax Agency Issues Resolution Extending Deadline for Specified 2025 Corporate Income Tax Financial Statements

The Paraguayan National Directorate of Tax Revenues April 7 issued General Resolution No. 50/26, extending the filing deadline for specified 2025 corporate income tax (IRE) financial statements. The resolution includes measures: 1) extending, to June 30, 2026, the filing deadline for IRE taxpayers with fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2025; and 2) leaving unchanged the filing deadlines for taxpayers with fiscal years ending in April and June 2026.
