Paraguay Tax Agency Issues Resolution on Crypto-Asset Transaction Reporting

The Paraguayan State Undersecretariat of Taxation March 10 issued Resolution No. 47/26, on the reporting of crypto-assets transactions. The resolution includes measures to require: 1) filing of a Sworn Information Statement of Crypto-Assets, by crypto-asset platform owners, administrators, or managers, and by resident individuals or entities with annual crypto-asset transactions exceeding US$5,000; 2) annual electronic filing of the statement by the third month after the end of the fiscal year declared; 3) filing from fiscal year 2026 by taxpayers with fiscal years ending on Dec. 31, and from fiscal year 2027 for taxpayers with fiscal years ending on April 30 ...
