Peru Gazettes Decree Approving List of Entities Exempt From General Sales Tax Collection

The Peruvian Official Gazette June 23 published Supreme Decree No. 109-2024-EF, approving the list of entities exempt from collecting general sales tax (IGV). The decree states that the list has been published on the Ministry of Economy and Finance website by the last business day of June, as required, and is effective July 1.
