The Peruvian Official Gazette July 14 published Resolution No. 000140-2024/SUNAT, extending the deadline to Sept. 30 for specified legal entities to submit final beneficiary declarations. The deadline applies to taxpayers who must submit declarations for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. The resolution entered into force July 15. [Peru, Offical Gazette, 07/14/24]
