The Peruvian National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) Nov. 29 posted online a letter clarifying withholding tax refund rules. The agency clarified that taxpayers with employment income whose taxes have been over-withheld can request a refund directly from SUNAT.
