The Philippine News Agency April 14 announced a deadline extension, to May 15 from April 15, for the filing of 2025 annual income tax returns. The announcement also includes that: 1) payments of the corresponding taxes and submissions of required attachments are also being extended to May 15; and 2) taxpayers may continue to file and pay through the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) electronic platforms or authorized agent banks, as well as pay electronically through available payment platforms.
