Philippines Tax Agency Issues Regulation to Suspend Increased VAT Rates on Specific Supplies Due to Coronavirus

The Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue July 29 issued Revenue Regulation No. 15/2021, to suspend a previous regulation that increased the VAT rate on specific supplies to 12 percent from a zero-rating.
