Poland Gazettes Notice Updating Annual Interest Rates for Late Tax Payments

The Polish Official Gazette July 16 published Notice No. 647, updating the annual interest rates for late tax payments, from July 10. The notice includes decreases to: 1) 13 percent from 13.50 percent in the default annual interest rate; 2) 6.50 percent from 6.75 percent in the reduced default annual interest rate; and 3) 19.50 percent from 20.25 percent in the increased default annual interest rate.
