Poland Gazettes Notice Further Reducing Annual Interest Rates for Late Tax Payments

The Polish Official Gazette March 10 published Notice No. 269, further reducing the annual interest rates for late tax payments, from March 6. The notice includes decreases, to: 1) 10.50 percent from 11 percent, in the default annual interest rate; 2) 5.25 percent from 5.50 percent, in the reduced default annual interest rate; and 3) 15.75 percent from 16.50 percent, in the increased default annual interest rate.
