Poland Gazettes Notice Further Updating Annual Interest Rates for Late Tax Payments

The Polish Official Gazette Oct. 22 published Notice No. 1105, further updating the annual interest rates for late tax payments, from Oct. 16. The notice includes decreases to: 1) 12 percent from 12.50 percent in the default annual interest rate; 2) 6 percent from 6.25 percent in the reduced default annual interest rate; and 3) 18 percent from 18.75 percent in the increased default annual interest rate.
