Poland Gazettes Notice Increasing Annual Interest Rates for Late Payment of Tax Arrears

The Polish Official Gazette July 11 published a notice increasing annual interest rates for the late payment of income tax arrears. The notice includes measures increasing: 1) the default interest rate to 16 percent; 2) the reduced annual interest rate to 8 percent; and 3) the increased annual interest rate to 24 percent.
