The Polish Official Gazette March 28 published Regulation No. 417, temporarily reducing the VAT rate for specified fuel products to 8 percent. The regulation includes measures applying the reduced rate to: 1) motor gasolines and products created with specified biocomponents; 2) diesel oils and products created with specified biocomponents; and 3) biocomponents that constitute pure fuels to power combustion engines. The regulation enters into force March 31, and applies until April 30. [Poland, Official Gazette, 03/28/26]
