Poland Issues Proposed Changes to Mandatory Electronic Invoicing

Poland is seeking written feedback to proposed revisions of a mandatory electronic invoicing system after its formal launch was delayed in January due to unspecified IT glitches.

Proposed revisions include a single launch date for both payers of value-added tax and payers who are exempt, an offline, invoice certification procedure, and a deferral for cash register-issued invoices, according to an Wednesday statement by the Polish finance ministry.
